Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2025
1. Information We Collect
- Contact details: When you post a gig or reply, we collect the email address you provide.
- Gig content: Listings, replies, and moderation actions are stored so the Service can function.
- Technical data: We log IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and similar metadata to prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service experience.
- Relay messages between posters and responders while masking real email addresses.
- Enforce our content guidelines, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. When We Share Information
- With vendors that help us deliver email, hosting, analytics, or support—only as needed to provide the Service.
- When required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CashGigZero users or the public.
- With your consent or at your direction.
4. Your Choices
You can edit or remove a gig using the manage link sent to your inbox. To request deletion of relay records or ban data associated with your email, contact support at abuse@cashgigzero.xyz.
5. Data Retention
Gig listings and relay metadata are retained while the gig is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support moderation and abuse prevention. Ban records may be kept longer to enforce safety rules.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Substantive changes will be highlighted on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
