CashGigZero is a listings platform that allows people to publish and respond to cash-only gigs. We introduce users but are not a party to any agreement or transaction between posters and responders.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Harm, exploit, or attempt to harm minors in any way.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Post content you are not authorized to share under law, contract, or fiduciary duty.
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other forms of solicitation.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. CashGigZero expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashGigZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email when practical. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
